Areas where a high proportion of the population are in poor health are south Wales, the north east of England,
South Yorkshire, Merseyside, Blackpool, Barrow-in-Furness, Mansfield and Stoke-on-Trent. Areas with the lowest
proportion of the population in poor health are the home counties, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Wiltshire,
Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and the Yorkshire Dales.
